Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Gracida Suite uses Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple. To change your password, update it directly through your Google or Apple account settings.
My data isn't syncing across devices
Ensure you're connected to the internet and signed in with the same account on all devices. Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.
I can't access certain modules
Access to modules is controlled by your organization's administrator through role-based permissions. Contact your admin to request access to the modules you need.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@aisdc-org.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. We enforce tenant-level data isolation and role-based access controls. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can request a full export of your data by contacting support. We will provide your data in standard formats within 20 business days.
